Demographics[edit]

Ethnicity[edit]

The Dodangaslanda Polling Division has a Sinhalese majority (85.7%) and a significant Moor population (11.2%) . In comparison, the Kurunegala Electoral District (which contains the Dodangaslanda Polling Division) has a Sinhalese majority (91.4%) [1]

The Dodangaslanda Polling Division has a Buddhist majority (85.2%) and a significant Muslim population (11.3%) . In comparison, the Kurunegala Electoral District (which contains the Dodangaslanda Polling Division) has a Buddhist majority (88.5%) [1]
