Abdiwali Muse Abdi was born on December 14, 1997, in Mogadishu, Madina, Somalia. His family immigrated to California, United states to escape the tumultuous Somali Civil War, where he spent his early childhood. Subsequently, they relocated to Somaliland in 2008.
He attended Noradin Middle and Secondary School in Hargeisa and later pursued higher education at the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM), focusing on digital technology.

Abdiwali's notable achievements include his role as the founder and CEO of Digital Motion, a technology firm recognized for its innovative digital solutions in areas such as software development and digital marketing. He has been a strong advocate for education and has contributed significantly to the Pharo Schools initiative launched by the Pharo Foundation in 2022.
Additionally, he served as an education program officer for the Aga Khan Academy NGO in Dar es Salaam.
