The Access to Nutrition Initiative (ATNI) is a non-profit foundation based in Utrecht, Netherlands.

ATNI was developed as an initiative funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Wellcome Trust and the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) in 2011-2012 before being established as an independent foundation in 2013.[1]

ATNI's mission is to transform markets so that at least half of companies’ food & beverage sales are derived from healthy products by 2030 and contribute to healthy, sustainable diets for all. [2] ATNI is supported by over 10 donors and works closely with international organisations and United Nations agencies.[3] Its activities include benchmarking the world's largest food and beverage manufacturers and retailers, working with institutional investors through collaborative engagement and supporting action research to improve food environments.
