David J. Taylor (born 1969/70)[1] is an American politician and business owner who is the Republican Party nominee for Ohio's 2nd congressional district in the 2024 United States House of Representatives elections, succeeding incumbent representative Brad Wenstrup. He will face Democratic nominee Samantha Meadows in the November general election.[2]

Taylor is a graduate of Miami University and the University of Dayton School of Law.[3] He currently works as the owner of a concrete business, Sardinia Ready Mix, in Brown County, as well as a part-time assistant prosecutor for Clermont County.[4]

Taylor has been married to his wife, Charity, for 27 years. They currently reside in Clermont County with their three daughters.[5]
