Fernanda Valadez is a Mexican director and producer, born in Guanajuato, Mexico, 1981. Graduate of Centro de Capacitación Cinematográfica (CCC).

Biography[edit]

Fernanda Valadez was born in Guanajuato, Mexico in 1981. She is a Graduate of Centro de Capacitación Cinematográfica (CCC) and is a director and producer.

Filmography[edit]

Valadez's first short film “De este mundo" was considered the best Mexican short film of the year by the Mexican Chamber of Film Industry in 2010.

Her first feature “Sin señas particulares” (Identifying Features) was written with the grant Young Artists of the Mexican Fund for the Arts (FONCA). It received funds from FOPROCINE (Mexican Fund for the Production of Quality Cinema) and recently post production funds from EFICINE)
