Mahmood Arib, with the Nick Name Hamed Arib (15 April 1979), is a filmmaker, photographer, art director and translator from Iran.
Life[edit]
Seyed Mahmood Arib was born on 15 April 1979 in Rasht .
During his secondary education, he became interested in cinema and photography and graduated from the Iranian Youth Cinema Association in the 70s. His first short film (Tazegi Ghadim) was screened in the regional festival of Iranian youth cinema in Sanandaj in 1375 and it was noticed by the judges and the audience. In 1380, to prepare and publish the report of the reform government, he joined the Iran newspaper collection and worked as the art director and photo service secretary of the reform government report under the supervision of Abdul Rasool Wesal and the editor of Kasra Nouri and the project management of Fayaz Zahid. Provincial trips with a team of mostly Gilani journalists and visits to almost all major construction projects and works throughout the country that were distributed in the form of special editions of the Iran newspaper in the country in the ninth and tenth governments of Seyed Mohammad Khatami . This national project remained half-finished after the Khatami government finished its work, and he withdrew from the project, which was in the form of publishing the performance of the country's governorates, which continued to work on a limited basis.
