Insigniam is a privately held international management consulting firm specializing in Breakthroughs, Innovation, and Transformation. The headquarters is located in Philadelphia and they have offices in Los Angeles, California, and Paris (France). In addition, they have a quarterly magazine Insigniam Quarterly or known as IQ, and a podcast channel. Insigniam resulted from a merger of High Performance Consulting, which was founded by Shideh Bina, and the Rosenberg Group, which was founded by Nathan Rosenberg, combining the two companies that have been in the consulting service since 1990. Co-founders[edit]

Shideh Bina is a graduate of The Wharton School with a degree in economics. She was recognized by Wharton as one of 40 prominent business leaders under 40 in the Philadelphia tri-state area in 1995. She’s a former board member of the End Violence Project and is a member of the Forum for Executive Women. [3]

Nathan Rosenberg co-chairs the Money in Politics Subcommittee at the Committee for Economic Development. He is a former chairman of the board for the Orange County Council of the Boy Scouts of America and a member of the Boy Scouts of America Executive Board. An officer and aviator in the United States Navy, Rosenberg was the secretary of defense’s executive support officer and national security advisor to the majority leader of the United States Senate. Insigniam is a sponsor of Fortune and several events Fortune hosts, including Most Powerful Women.[6] In 2013, (Insigniam Quarterly®) won the Publication Excellence 25th Annual APEX award in the category “best new publication." [7] And in 2014 it won the Gold Communicator Award of Excellence. Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts Communicator Awards. Category: Best Corporate Magazine, Insigniam Quarterly. Awards[edit]

Vault last ranking report in 2022, listed Insigniam #3 for Best Consulting Firms for Formal Training and #3 for Hours in the Office and as #44 overall. [11] The Consulting Report has ranked Insigniam in the top 50 Consulting Firms for 2022. [12] From 2016 until 2022, every year, Insigniam was Certified by Great Place to Work. In 2022, 94% of the employees said it’s a great place to work. [13] Forbes' America's Best Management Consulting Firms (2021): Insigniam was named one of the top management consulting firms in the US. Consulting Magazine's Fastest Growing Firms (2020): Insigniam was recognized as one of the fastest-growing consulting firms in North America.

Philanthropy[edit]

Insigniam helped found the Somaly Mam Foundation, dedicated to ridding the world of slavery and helping those who have survived lives of slavery. Insigniam helped the charity form its board and with initial fundraising. Shideh Bina was instrumental in the foundation’s strategic planning. Insigniam also does significant work with the Boy Scouts of America. Several of Insigniam’s consultants are former Scouts and are still active within the organization, including founder Nathan Rosenberg. He has served on several national committees and is also the recipient of the Silver Beaver, Silver Antelope, and Silver Buffalo awards. In addition to working with the Somaly Mam Foundation and the Boy Scouts of America, Insigniam has also done pro bono work with the American Red Cross and other non-profits. Bina was a founding board member on the End Violence Project, an organization that works with men incarcerated for life without parole to tackle projects aimed at ending recidivism.
