Isaac Christopher Lubogo (born 14 September 1972) is a legal scholar, a fellow of the Doctor of Law, Master of Laws, and Bachelor of Law. He serves as the CEO of Suigeneris Legal Legacy Incorporated and has held teaching positions at several law schools. In the past, he served as the Principal of the Institute of Petroleum Studies Kampala. In the legal tech industry, Isaac won the Africa Legal Research Award 2022[1]. He is also an author of over 50 law books. Additionally, Isaac is the founder of a law app that provides legal information at different levels of learning: bachelors, masters and doctorate.[2]
Background and education[edit]
Isaac Christopher Lubogo is an academic and professional in the field of law and education. He started his educational journey with primary schooling at Mwiri Primary School[3], where he spent seven years from 1980 to 1986. His attended secondary education from Namasagali College for Ordinary Level studies from 1987 to 1990 and later to Busoga College Mwiri for Advanced Level education, spanning from 1990 to 1992. Isaac also studied at Kiira College Butiki from 1993 to 1995.
He pursued a Bachelor's degree at Uganda Christian University, in Law, magna cum laude, graduating in 2006 after four years. He furthered his education by completing a Master of Laws degree at Makerere University in 2017. He then proceeded to study as Doctor of Laws fellow at Makerere University, starting in 2017, and his educational journey continues with ongoing doctoral studies at Nkumba University from 2022 and Kampala International University from 2023.

Isaac Christopher Lubogo has had a professional career that spans both the legal and academic worlds.
Beginning his journey in the legal field, Isaac served as an associate at KATS Advocates.[4] Transitioning into academia, he took on the role of Principal at the Institute of Petroleum Studies in Kampala. He has held lecturing positions in different universities and places of higher learning[5] His scholarly and authored work has been used as training and reference material by the Uganda Christian[6] University,[7] Kampala International University,[8][9] Islamic University in Uganda[10], and Nkumba University[11] among others.
In addition to teaching, Isaac Christopher Lubogo is the CEO of Suigeneris Legal Legacy Incorporated. Through this role, he has made several publications[12]. He is currently advocating for the regulation of Artificial Intelligence in Uganda.[13]
