Karabakh is Azerbaijan (Azerbaijani: Qarabağ Azərbaycandır) is an official national motto of Azerbaijan, adopted in 2020. The origin of the motto was derived from speeches by President Ilham Aliyev to commemorate the Azerbaijani Armed Forces in the Second Nagorno-Karabakh War.

A plaque with the license plates confiscated from the Armenian Armed Forces was also displayed at the Baku Victory Parade of 2020, with the panel having the inscription "Karabakh is Azerbaijan!".[1][2]
