Hi all,
I am trying to complete this draft as quickly as possible. In the meantime, grateful though I am for helpful suggestions, it would be useful if no significant editorial changes were made to the draft by others. The draft is a draft - it isn't finished and there are plenty of areas that will be changed by me to create the correct balance and weight. Therefore, any changes made by others will complicate the article I am writing. I have reverted user:Janitoalevic's today changes for that reason. Although I am grateful for the references, that I will consider inserting later. Once the article is created and published, there will be plenty of opportunities to improve it then.
