Edford Township is one of twenty-four townships in Henry County, Illinois, USA. As of the 2010 census, its population was 667 and it contained 284 housing units.[2]

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 27.38 square miles (70.9 km2), of which 27.32 square miles (70.8 km2) (or 99.78%) is land and 0.05 square miles (0.13 km2) (or 0.18%) is water.[2]
