Finlay "Fin" Graham (born 24 September 1999) is a British racing cyclist who competes in para-cycling road and track events.

Career[edit]

He competed at the 2020 Summer Paralympics, winning silver medals in the individual pursuit C3 and road race C1–3 events.[1][2]
