Ghina Raihanah Tadjoedin (born 19 September 2001) is an Indonesian advocate, model, and influencer.

Early life[edit]

Ghina Raihanah Tadjoedin was born on 19 September 2001 in Jakarta, Indonesia, as the youngest of the four children of Silvia Mahrie and Mohammad Rifat Tadjoedin (b. 1951), a notary.[1] She is of Arabic descent.[2] Her older siblings are Syarifa, a notary, Tsania Marwa (b. 1991), an actress, and Shabrina Tadjoedin (b. 1996), a physician.[1] At age 17, she became an exchange student to Oxford Brookes University.[1] She later attended Faculty of Law at Universitas Indonesia in 2019 and graduated with honor in 2023.[1][3]

Career[edit]

Ghina started her career as a model for commercial and film television, but later quit to focus on her education.[4] In 2017, she appeared as the DKI Jakarta provincial paskibraka troop where she had to cut her hair short and rehearse for months.[4][5] She then joined Asia World Model United Nations in Bangkok, Thailand.[6]

In 2021, Tadjoedin was selected for Secretary General of Jakarta International Model United Nations (JMUN), a United Nations model conference that was held from 13 until 15 August 2021.[7] This conference was attended by delegations from countries such as: United States, United Kingdom, India, New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Laos, Philippines, Thailand, and Ghana.[7] Later, she introduced and promoted Jakarta's culture, including poetry she writes through an application online.[7]

In 2023, Ghina along with Kiara Putri founded InPower, a nonprofit organization that focused on increasing the skills and knowledge of young women, campaigning for women's rights.[8] In 2024, she ran for Puteri Indonesia representing DKI Jakarta.[2]
