Jacob Hookem (born 4 October 2002) is an English professional rugby league footballer who plays as a hooker, scrum-half or stand-off for the Dewsbury Rams in the RFL Championship.

He has previously played for Hull F.C. & Castleford Tigers in the Super League, and spent time on loan from Hull at Whitehaven RLFC in the Betfred Championship.

Career[edit]

Hull FC[edit]

In 13 August 2021 he made his Hull FC début in the Super League against the Catalans Dragons.[3]

Dewsbury Rams[edit]

On 25 Oct 2023 it was reported that he had signed for Dewsbury Rams for 2024.[4]
