KaDeWe Group
KaDeWe Group GmbH operates three department stores in Germany:
- KaDeWe (Kaufhaus des Westens) in Berlin
- Oberpollinger in Munich
- Alsterhaus in Hamburg
The group was founded in 2014 and is now owned by
- Central Group of Thailand which also own Selfridges Group including De Bijenkorf (Netherlands), and Brown Thomas and Arnotts (Ireland)
- Signa Holding of Austria, Signs is headed by René Benko, owner of the Galeria Kaufhof department store in Germany.[1]
Together the group operates the three stores with about 4,000 employees.[2]
