Lancaster City Bureau of Police is a medium-sized city police force in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

History[edit]

Lancaster City Bureau of Police traces its history back to 1865.

Appointed in July 2022, the police chief, a graduate of J. P. McCaskey High School, is the first Latino to serve in the position.[2][3][4]
