Malik Benson (born October 17, 2002) is an American football wide receiver who is a member of the Florida State Seminoles.

High school career[edit]

Benson attended Lansing High School in Lansing, Kansas. During his high school career, he had 1,119 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns.

College career[edit]

Benson attended Hutchinson Community College for two years coming out of high school. As a freshman, he had 43 receptions for 1,229 yards and 11 touchdowns and as a sophomore he had 54 receptions for 923 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns.[1][2] The 2,152 receiving yards is a school record.[3][4]

Benson was considered the top junior college recruit in 2023, and committed to play for the University of Alabama.[5][6]

On January 3, 2024, Benson announced that he would be entering the transfer portal.[7]
