Maqsudlu (Persian: مقصودلو)^[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Bedevostan-e Sharqi Rural District^[4] of the Central District of Heris County, East Azerbaijan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 614 in 150 households.^[5] The following census in 2011 counted 734 people in 209 households.^[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 799 people in 256 households.^[2]
