per T131132 on phabricator (and push it quicker it will become a software default soon but I'm wanting this pushed sooner to hopefully prevent some Good Faith editing tests Ⓩⓟⓟⓘⓧ (talk) 17:23, 2 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Not done @Moxy: this is the "SAVE" message, there is a different publish message (MediaWiki:Publishpage) that should be getting called when needed now. If you have found a specific spot where this message is actually being displayed, please provide details as to exactly where and how you are seeing it.
