The page "$2" cannot be renamed to "$3" because the title "$3" matches an entry $1 on the local or global blacklists. If you believe that this move is valid, please consider requesting the move first.

Reasons:

It mentions both local and global blacklists.
There is no way to know which blacklist entry was tripped. This is problematic when there are errors on the local or global blacklists. The extendedconfirmed-show makes sure that well-established users can always see the entry that was tripped. A a s i m 00:40, 8 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

They are essentially the same thing. And please implement https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=MediaWiki_talk:Titleblacklist-forbidden-move/sandbox&diff=prev&oldid=977886910 as it stops pipes that are in the $1 parameter from breaking the message. Please implement the changes I did in the sandbox for both pages. There was concern that pipe characters would break the message if a template was used, and that still is the case. Unfortunately there is no real fix for this unless if the MediaWiki parser passed {{!}} instead of the pipe character into the message. It might be possible with a new module but this code is a quick and easy fix until such a module can be created.
