@Cards84664: the branding document for light rail stations specifies white on blue for station signage (page 39). It gives two values for the blue: CMYK 100-50-0-0, and PMS 300 C. These don't actually match, which is awkward. Pantone 300 C is 005EB8; CMYK 100-50-0-0 is 0000FF. I'm tempted to choose the Pantone color as it's given first and feels more specific.
