Sarab-e Saqqa (Persian: سرابسقا), also Romanized as Sarāb-e Saqqā,[3] is a village in Honam Rural District of the Central District of Selseleh County, Lorestan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 456 in 107 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 468 people in 126 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 435 people in 120 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
