Eligibility inconsistency[edit]

There's an inconsistency in the eligibility requirements for registration. The box on the right says that only Belarus residents can register. The main text says that anyone can. Does anyone know what the actual state of affairs is? Jeroenm (talk) 08:47, 8 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
