This reads like an advertisement[edit]

Some of this, like "The .pr ccTLD is a dynamic registry with a solid infrastructure that provides a service of excellence to the Puerto Rican and to the global Internet community", reads like an ad - not NPOV at all and it adds nothing of any objective value to the article. --66.102.80.239 00:20, 23 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
