Unionist or Conservative - should this be amended for consistency and accuracy[edit]

The results, and part of the article, refer to Duncan McCallum and Michael Noble as Conservatives, but there is an issue as technically the Conservative Party did not exist in Scotland at this time with the Unionist Party filling its place. There is some inconsistency across a number of Wikipedia article, but McCallum's article states "Sir Duncan McCallum (24 November 1888 – 10 May 1958) was a Scottish Unionist Party politician" and the Argyllshire (UK Parliament constituency) lists these results as Unionist. I am aware it is a complicated issue - how autonomous the Unionist Party was in Scotland during its existence (c 1912-1965) is debatable, and its candidates were always counted in the Conservative total (and those elected as MPs took the Conservative whip). Also some Scottish newspapers (and in earlier periods you see this beyond Scotland) use Unionist Party to refer to the party in England and Wales as well. However for consistency I wonder if Unionist should be used here - it would fit in with the two aforementioned articles, and as I have noted in the article a contemporary newspaper during the campaign used Unionist to describe Noble.
