Naming convention[edit]

Two points about the article name. First do we need to mention North America as it wasn't a capped match against international opposition. Also if we do mention it, should it not be Canada rather than North America. Otherwise we can just plant for Europe and North America? FruitMonkey (talk) 13:46, 5 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
