Magnitude[edit]

There is quite some variation in the magnitude of the strongest shock in the sequence from the various sources available. Lavecchia et al.(2007) give 5.5 Mw, but get that from Anderson & Jackson (1987) (which I don't have access to), The Italian CFTI5 catalogue has it as 6.5 Me and ISC has it as 6.4 Mw, a value used in the ANSS catalogue.
