A dam collapse caused a natural flood?

- Indeed, the recent addition of "natural" made the statement confusing. The link to List_of_natural_disasters_by_death_toll#Ten_deadliest_floods already explains the exclusion of purely man-made flood such as the 1938 Yellow River flood, so I guess the original statement may be the better.
