Move[edit]

I moved the page from Scottish water postal referendum 1994 to Strathclyde water referendum, mainly to simplify it, but also to reflect the fact that it was a Strathclyde referendum, not Scotland-wide, though it had wider repercussions. A Google search for "Strathclyde water referendum" gives a few hits,[1] "Scottish water referendum" gives nothing.[2] Thanks, Jonathan Oldenbuck (talk) 16:44, 16 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

People voting[edit]

The description is a little confused in referring to "residents", "population" and "voters". Precisely who was eligible and sent a ballot paper - I presume just those on the electoral register eligible for local government elections? Timrollpickering (talk) 22:53, 12 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
