Reference Errors[edit]

The qualifying session for this race was upset by rain, causing five drivers to qualify outside of 107%: Hill, Gene, Badoer, de la Rosa and Takagi - in that order. They were admitted to the race, but their grid positions were determined by the average of their best practice times of friday and saturday - and so the order changed: Hill, de la Rosa, Takagi, Badoer, and Gene. Some of the F1 archives seem to have trouble understanding this :) The Grid column on the The Official Formula 1 Website actually lists the qualifying results, while the Qualification page of ChicaneF1.com displays the positions of the starting grid - look at the laptimes and you'll see that I'm right. What a mess :) Bobby Doorknobs 00:09, 1 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
