Dead link[edit]

During several automated bot runs the following external link was found to be unavailable. Please check if the link is in fact down and fix or remove it in that case!

I changed this one, also, to the archived version [2]. I should note, perhaps, that in both cases I did not specifically verify that the cited article does contain the facts for which it is cited; I just replaced a dead link to the archived version of the article that was cited.
