Trying to decide if this is 1) a person making a joke, 2) an anti-Muslim bigot trying to make Muslims look bad, or 3) a Salafist who honestly believes that's the correct course of action.

In the event that it's the latter; "Offensive to Islam," you say? Buddy, if you really want to associate the entire Islamic religion and the billion plus people who follow it with the murder of schoolgirls (MUSLIM schoolgirls, no less), then it's no skin off my nose.
