50th Season?[edit]

If the series began in 1958 wouldn't the 50th Season be in 2008 and not 2007 as stated at the top of the main article? Gboverend 00:39, 22 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

2007 is the 50th. 1958 was the 1st, making 1967 the 10th, therefore 2007 is the 50th. Honest! Heycos 10:03, 22 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, you're absolutely correct. I was getting mixed up between the number of years the BTCC has been running and the number of seasons. 2007 is the 50th season but the 49th year. Gboverend 01:59, 25 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
