Accomplishments[edit]

Definitely after the season is over and perhaps earlier, an "Accomplishments" section should be implemented. Noting the first time at #1, the Legends classic championship, 100 wins at the Petersen Events Center, as well as any player awards and postseason accomplishments Infamousjre (talk) 17:58, 19 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You could go ahead and add it now if you want. CrazyPaco (talk) 18:35, 19 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Postseason rankings/seeds[edit]

Personally, I like using seeds in the postseason rankings, however, I also think it may be good to stick to the AP rankings for the sake of consistency with other team pages and for the manual of style for the College Basketball Wikiproject, and manual of style, see: Wikipedia:WikiProject College basketball/Yearly team pages format and Wikipedia talk:WikiProject College Basketball#Poll preference?. I guess the ideal thing would be if the template for the college basketball seasons could be updated to include seeds. I guess I'm seeking feedback on whether we should leave the postseason rankings as the tournament seeds or change them back to the AP rankings. CrazyPaco (talk) 22:59, 16 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The last AP rankings would be the most appropriate to use unless it is somehow noted that the rankings listed during the NCAA tournament are for the Panthers' bracket only. I'd bring it up to the WP:COLB team on the talk page. JohnnyPolo24 (talk) 10:53, 17 March 2009 (UTC) Check that, the schedule table indicates that the rankinks listed in postseason tournaments are "represent seeds in the applicable tournament." So the "Ranking" listed for all remaining games should be the tournament seed of each team, even if Pitt eventually plays another #1 in the Final Four.
