Infobox[edit]

I understand you think the other one looks nicer but this is the standard infobox from what I've seen on every other football clubs season pages. For example Aston Villa, Arsenal and Chelsea—Preceding unsigned comment added by Kidstylez (talkcontribs) 16:34, 5 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It's not just looking nicer. It's the restrictiveness of it, you can only put specific headers in. Stuff like Player of the Season which I think would be very useful in the box can't be put there. Also, it's so vague as to whether it's league or all competitions. Attendances is so much better if its just League attendances as cup attendances, which are usually much lower skew the data, but there is no option for just league attendances, it's simply attendances overall. I don't see why we have to do it just because other teams do it, there are no templates on these pages regarding that as far as I know. Several other clubs just do standard info boxes, look at Coventry's and Derby's page for example. These pages get to go in far more detail regarding attendances and player of the year etc. and yes there is also the fact that it looks far neater in a rowed/columned table with some info not going over 2 or 3 lines. I guess I'll have to live with it though. (P.S. Don't delete your signature, the discussions gets very crowded looking without it, in regards to where each part of the discussion is starting.) --MIR17 (talk) 15:13, 6 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
