Can somebody discuss the seedings for the draw for the Round of 32?

On the CL relgatees, it would seem odd to use anything other than the usual coeff system - mostly because no other system is defined in the regulation (what is "better" across groups is never addressed) Jlsa (talk) 06:41, 9 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Goal time consensus required[edit]

Hello, everybody. Dirk Kuyt's goal for Liverpool v Benfica raises a peculiar question regarding goal times. The ball went in the goal in the 27th minute but the referee did not award the goal until the 28th minute, after a short argument. I assume we go with the ball crossing the line, goal 27'.
