Any info when the draw will be made? -Koppapa (talk) 13:11, 15 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Day by day reports[edit]

Those are copied from pdc.tv with some small sentences added. I doubt you are allowed to do so. -Koppapa (talk) 11:50, 17 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Statistics table[edit]

Earlier there appeared the label of a missing source. Now there is definitely something wrong also: For instance, won sets by the finalists must be equal and they are not. Please correct and add the source anyone, preferably the author. Thorsten (talk) 01:06, 3 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The tournament results & pdc website would constitute the source. We do not generally need inline citations for these kinds of statistics so long as they are verifiable. wjematherbigissue 02:06, 3 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Tournament averages removed. With a very different number of darts thrown in each match, the tournament average is not arrived at by averaging the match averages. wjematherbigissue 11:01, 3 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
So it would be nice to explain how to arrive the tournament average... What about the 2009 and 2008... tables??? Montell 74 (talk) 14:59, 3 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Simple arithmetic. Total points scored divided by total number of darts thrown, multiplied by 3. The other articles probably have the same problem, and the averages should be removed from them also. wjematherbigissue 15:32, 3 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Well. You sure are right. But you won't find more acurate numbers often. Maybe the title of the column should be renamed to average of averages, or we use best average. -Koppapa (talk) 15:40, 3 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
An average of match averages is completely meaningless and should be avoided at all costs. Since tournament averages do not seem to be recorded or reported anywhere, i.e. in reliable 3rd party sources or even on the tournament website, I can't see any reason why we need to. I see even less reason to add average of averages or best average. wjematherbigissue 15:50, 3 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Good point. -Koppapa (talk) 16:41, 3 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
