Season highlights[edit]

FYI only: Pre-season has already been completed. I'll continue to add significant events to the regular season as warranted. 99.129.112.89 (talk) 01:37, 23 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Game logs and schedules[edit]

I just wanted to let other editors know I noticed a couple of users update the game/score log before. By all means, feel free to continue. I will concede to anyone wanting to take care of that. I noticed the last few days/games, including Sunday's doubleheader, weren't updated and so I wasn't sure if [you/someone] thought I had taken over the article and was going to do it instead. For the most part, I am simply updating highlights of the season and may make minor changes or updates to the game logs &/or schedules perhaps. Otherwise, I can help with it if no one wants to continue keeping it updated. Either way, I only wanted to pass this along for clarity if it mattered. If by chance this message isn't helpful, please accept my apology in advance. Thank you and best wishes! :) 99.129.112.89 (talk) 01:37, 23 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Came to update it before tonight's game and saw it was already done. Thank you, kindly! :) 99.129.112.89 (talk) 15:50, 23 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Keep up the good work![edit]

Great job updating the regular season highlights and the stats within the article overall.... Someone who reads Wikipedia articles for general baseball stats from the past will appreciate that! Especially when sports articles from MLB or ESPN expire in the future. Always better to do it as you go, instead of worry about challenges in the future if the team is successful and there are multiple debates from various editors. Take care! :) P.S. I'd like to go back and do previous years, but that may be "wishful thinking"!? Hehe... 99.129.112.89 (talk) 15:36, 26 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

citing sources[edit]

Hey, you've been doing a good job with updating this page, but you should revise how your are citing your sources.. putting a link in the article is not really the way to do it... read the Wikipedia:Citation templates article or look at how i'm doing it on the 2013 Los Angeles Dodgers season page... it looks better and is more in line with proper etiquette. Thank you! :) And I know/agree, but see my second paragraph regarding my "reason" for doing so (not that my style is right, yet I've found it's most efficient when contributing new information at the time) here: Talk:2013 Boston Red Sox season
P.s. At times, with information changing quickly, or sources possibly even being moved/removed since I'm basically the only one working on this article, I find it easier/better. But I am aware it's not the best way, nor "proper". My bad... 99.129.112.89 (talk) 01:42, 27 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
