Too soon?[edit]

Once the season starts the stats are "live", results are posted, everything is "GO". Why on earth would editors wait till mid-season? It's a little early in your 2 day-old Wikipedia career to be telling other editors when and where to work. Buster Seven Talk 20:43, 8 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

September The Cubs record for the month of August was 20–6 and their overall record of 83–47 was the major league best. The pitching staff once again led the league with the lowest earned run average (ERA) of 3.14, fewest hits allowed at 913, fewest runs allowed at 445, fewest earned runs allowed at 410, the lowest batting average by opponents at .213 and were among the leaders in fewest home runs allowed and in striking out opponent batters. The Cubs offense, when compared to all major league teams, was among the leaders in on-base percentage, base runners who eventually score, runs batted in and drawing walks. Jason Heyward was in the midst of a 9 game hitting streak. Bryant had hit 10 home runs and 24 RBI's in his last 30 games and had a post All-Star break batting average of .346.

Roster box[edit]

Editor JCRules undid the roster box as a waste of bytes (?) which I Oppose. his edit was undone and the box was returned. I think it should stay. Buster Seven Talk 14:22, 13 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

How many batters for the Dodgers in game 6?[edit]

It looked like they were on the way to 27 for a while (something like a perfect game). I didn't notice anything to change that, but the TV announcers aren't saying anything about that remarkable feat. What did I miss?
