Clásicos: Lanús-Banfield (del Sur) and San Lorenzo-Huracán[edit]

Why are they NOT considered derbies in the Interzonal-match list?

I've made the correction, but it was undone. Unreliable sources? It was the Wikipedia entry for both derbies, but I can show others:
