Odd looking Lord Mayor Candidates table (Apologies)[edit]

I added independent candidates Gilbert Holmes and Bruce Tanti to the Lord Mayor section of the Candidates Table today. I'm not sure why there's a weird gap above and below Bruce Tanti but i tried to remove them and can't figure out how. If anyone else can fix it, then i'll be much obliged.
