Why is there even a Wikipedia page for a house that has no real historical significance? This page smacks of POV-pushing[edit]

This page has zero reason for existing. The house was not deemed to have historical significance and therefore was not saved from demolition. The structure is no more and it's only claim to fame was being a "contributing property".
