Dual carriageway announcement 2024[edit]

We need to watch out for wp:crystal when adding comments on the dualling to the article: “Following the Secretary of State for Transport’s decision on whether to grant consent for the project, the final stage of the process is a six-week window for the decision to be challenged in the High Court.
