NPOV Tag

I added the NPOV tag in response to an indication in the "Recent Activities" section that Mr. Musa's comments about America are factual. I am not here to say whether I agree with his comments or not, but the very fact that an argument could arise from this statements indicates that it is not necessarily a guaranteed fact in the eyes of all; but rather an opinion. I have removed the word "factual" but left the NPOV tag in place. I'm not watching this article, but I encourage others to review it in its entirety for consideration of addressing any other issues and removing the NPOV tag. --Thisisbossi 07:04, 3 December 2006 (UTC)

This is ridiculous

You can clearly tell the article is biased. No one is perfect, but Musa has teached nothing but love and tolerance. It is ridiculous to think peace-based activists want to "destroy a country". His message is about indigenous liberation, which includes the rights of the Jewish people in their homeland. How that government is managed is a completely different subject. The article is framed to appear hateful.

This is a classic Western misunderstanding of Middle Eastern politics, the same misunderstandings that perpetrate war. There is no word in Arabic for "Zionists". It is a tribal mindset. There are plenty of Orthodox Jews supporting work like his, with the nuanced understanding that goes with it.

Unfortunately, the Judeo-Christian West has committed historical war times against African-Americans. We can blame others of any race, but unfortunately it doesn't scrub away the war crimes committed by the Judeo-Christian paradigm. It has nothing to do with race. It's a historical fact. Certainty there are also many, many positives that came from the paradigm, but this is Wikipedia and we can't be biased to fit our cushy paradigms.

I agree all this stuff should be worded more appropriately for American readers, that it may hurt and offend the feelings of others. Still, this article doesn't have any nuance whatsoever and frames an American civil rights activist as a hateful person. Give him a break, he was brutalized his entire life by the Judeo-Christian paradigm. Bothsidesofstory (talk) 14:06, 23 October 2020 (UTC)
