Farah is either a British emigrant to Somalia, or was always a Somalian expatriate in the United Kingdom. If he was always the later, he should not be in the Welsh category. People can have multiple nationalities and identities, and these can change over time. Farah was born and brought up in Wales, and his mother had a British name. Farah was a diplomat representing Somalia, so it is probable that he had Somali nationality at that time. The categories accurately reflect the content of the article.
