Eureko has complete;y merged with Achmea and ceased to exists, only as a subname of some non-Dutch subsidiairies. As such I propose to merge Achmea and Eureko into one article! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Evanluxzenburg (talkcontribs) 18:12, 3 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

To be more precise:
"On 18 November 2011 a legal merger took place between Eureko B.V. and its fully owned subsidiary Achmea Holding N.V. where the latter was merged into Eureko B.V. Eureko's name was subsequently changed into Achmea as of 19 November 2011."

As you can see from the official report, Achmea B.V. is the same company as Eureko B.V. while Achmea Holding B.V. is a separate entity that was a subsidiary of Eureko B.V. and is now defunct.
The Wikipedia editors do a very poor and shameful job of representing business entities simply because they do not take the time to check the official reports which are the only really reliable sources. D00kSI (talk) 20:00, 7 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
