Not a hardcore band[edit]

This article is complete crap. They were not a Hardcore band. Not even close. Here's a tip: If you don't have the slightest idea what you're talking about, DON'T EDIT WIKIPEDIA. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 155.41.153.42 (talk) 14:56, 22 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Rewrite[edit]

I have recently rewritten almost the entire article, drawing on several key sources to flesh out the history. The areas that still need work are the sections covering 2001–the present; more sources and accounts of the band's activities during this time are needed. Who was in and out of the band at various times, and why? Other than releasing albums, what were they up to (tours, etc.)? Is there more to say about the albums other than that they came out and who played on them (subject matter, reception, etc.)? Since they signed to Concrete Jungle, a German label, information about their studio activities has been a bit scanter in the U.S. from what I can tell. However I know they have done several European tours in recent years as well as performed regularly in California and likely elsewhere in the States. I think there are also some interviews with Tony Reflex from local Orange County-area magazines and papers which delve into some of his lyrical topics; those would be great as sources. I have seen the Adolescents perform several times over the last 9 years or so and have some photos that I will contribute. Any help with identifying sources that could flesh out these later sections is appreciated. --IllaZilla (talk) 21:31, 17 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Beyond 2020[edit]

Really surprised that this article has not yet taken the Adolescents story beyond 2020 and hasn't made any mention of the "continuation" band rAdolescents, which brings ex-Adolescents members back together again. Radec (talk) 02:21, 5 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
