Adding native language Kannada

Hi All, I would like to add Kannada as native language along with Telugu official language for Adoni, Alur, Rayadurga, Kalyanadurga, Uravakonda, Yemmiganur, Aspari, Pattikonda, etc., and as an also spoken language along with Telugu for Gooty, Anantapur, Pamidi, Penukonda, etc., as per below references : https://books.google.co.in/books?redir_esc=y&id=rU-2AAAAIAAJ&focus=searchwithinvolume&q=Anantapur, http://krishikosh.egranth.ac.in/bitstream/1/2046073/1/34324.pdf, http://www.kamat.com/jyotsna/blog/blog.php?BlogID=1026, etc.
