In creating in-line references to articles in the New York Times and the New York Daily News, I used the ref tags...but for some reason, the footnotes would not generate.

Vandalism and Page Blanking[edit]

This article Adriano Espaillat has been VANDALIZED and PAGE BLANKED several times over the past 24 hours.

An administrator and several editors corrected the vandalism. Each time, within a matter of minutes, the page blanking and vandalism was repeated.

Some page protection may be appropriate.

If it continues, suspension of editing privileges may also be warranted.

I am pretty sure that everything written about here, specifically the Rangel/Espaillat primary took place in the 13th congressional district not the 15th.
