After The Gold Rush

The album was my favorite as a teen and I still love it...I'm an over 45 baby boomer.

Film

Wasn't part of the album based on a film project with Dean Stockwell ? -- Beardo 19:13, 2 June 2006 (UTC)

When You Dance

Why do people keep changing the title to "When You Dance You Can Really Love" ? -- Beardo 06:28, 20 November 2006 (UTC)

I can confirm that the original 1972 LP release on Reprise has "When You Dance I Can Really Love" printed on the back cover. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.156.28.207 (talk) 02:13, 19 January 2008 (UTC)

I dunno, that's the title according to the back of the After the Gold Rush CD... I could scan it and show you if you want... --74.97.96.245 22:25, 16 December 2006 (UTC)

Please do. -- Beardo 21:23, 28 January 2007 (UTC)

Individual songs

I suspect that separate articles for each song is not justified. -- Beardo 17:50, 14 January 2007 (UTC)

The articles for "After the Goldrush," "Only Love Can Break Your Heart" and "Don't Let it Bring You Down" have links to them as they have been covered by other artists. Also, "When You Dance I Can Really Love" as some nifty images that are specific to the song. I would vote for at least leaving these articles as they are. -- Moisejp 15:49, 11 February 2007 (UTC)

Yes - but Tell Me Why and Till the Morning Comes ? (I have just removed lyrics from both that seem to be copyright violations). -- Beardo 00:15, 13 February 2007 (UTC)

Too many unreferenced comments

For example, Nils Lofgren studied classical piano and accordian for ten years, beginning at age 5. His website claims he began recording with Young and Crazy Horse at age 17, having switched to performing on guitar at age 15. Comments like--- 'In a typical idiosyncratic decision of the singer/songwriter, Lofgren had not played keyboards on a regular basis prior to the sessions' --- seem like a real stretch to me. On the contrary, he was hired as a pianist by Young. He wasnt 18 either. He was 17. Whatever happened to referencing, I do not know. Also he played guitar on the record too. See his website, it is the second line almost: [2] --leahtwosaints (talk) 10:18, 18 March 2009 (UTC)

Pretty good! Needs more prose on such a popular album and expanding in areas. My copy only lists the producer on the credits but if you can find more information about it's technical staff then please do add it! Andrzejbanas (talk) 07:06, 24 June 2008 (UTC)

To meet the more rigorous criteria of the revised B class, this article needs improved sourcing. Please see Wikipedia:WikiProject_Albums/Assessment for additional information on B class in album articles. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 15:42, 19 July 2008 (UTC)
